What have we been cooking?


I am still working to learn to convert our favorites to gluten free.  I think we've finally worked out a rhythm.  I'm missing photos of biscuits, scones, etc that I serve on a regular rotation.  These are just some of the highlights...but every meal served here and packed for travel has been gluten free.



Gluten free potato cakes (using leftovers)

Homemade takeout .....  Brown rice fried rice (using up leftovers) and noodle stir fry (gluten free pasta)


Gluten free chocolate chip cookies



Gluten free whole grain bread



Gluten free oatmeal bread with homemade pineapple jelly


Gluten free white bread



Gluten free pizzas (using leftover bits from fridge for toppings)


Gluten free Italian herb bread (this was fabulous )


Gluten free chocolate cake ...  Served two of these over the holidays and they were a hit with all.
We also baked a gluten free spice cake and frosted with vegan "buttercream" frosting...again well received!


Gluten free cheesecake cooked in the crockpot ....  This was our Christmas dinner dessert and was so good!
